Refund Policy

ELIVANO LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates elivano.store and sells digital downloadable products. Because our Products are digital goods delivered instantly upon payment, all sales are generally final. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

1. GENERAL POLICY

All purchases of digital Products from ELIVANO LLC are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or the Product has been delivered, except in the specific circumstances described in Section 2 below.

2. EXCEPTIONS — WHEN WE ISSUE REFUNDS

We will issue a full refund in the following cases only:

• Duplicate payment: you were charged more than once for the same order
• Technical failure: you cannot access or download the Product due to a technical error on our end that we are unable to resolve within 48 hours
• Product not as described: the Product is materially different from what was described on the Site at the time of purchase

3. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund, email founder@elivano.store within fourteen (14) days of your purchase date with:

• Your order number or receipt
• The email address used at purchase
• A description of the issue

We review all requests within 3 business days and will notify you of our decision by email. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe and may take 5–10 business days to appear.

4. EU / EEA / UK CONSUMERS — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Under EU and UK consumer law, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, this right of withdrawal is lost once performance has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

By completing your purchase and initiating the download, you expressly request immediate performance of the digital content delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download begins or the download link is delivered to you, in accordance with Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

This does not affect your right to a refund under the exceptions listed in Section 2 above.

5. CHARGEBACKS

We strongly encourage you to contact us at founder@elivano.store before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We resolve legitimate issues quickly and directly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent termination of your license and access to the Products.

6. GOVERNING LAW

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.
