Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of elivano.store (the "Site") and the digital products sold on it (the "Products"), operated by ELIVANO LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States ("ELIVANO LLC," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. PRODUCTS

ELIVANO LLC designs and sells a professional SVG icon library — downloadable digital design assets including SVG files, React components, Vue components, webfonts, and Figma/Sketch libraries (collectively, the "Products"). No physical goods are sold or shipped. All Products are delivered electronically immediately after payment.

2. LICENSE

Subject to payment and full compliance with these Terms, ELIVANO LLC grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license as follows:

Free License: Selected icons provided at no cost for personal and commercial use under an MIT-style license.

Pro License (€19, one-time): A single individual receives a perpetual commercial license to use all icons across unlimited personal and commercial projects, including end products sold to clients. One license per person.

Team License (€49, one-time): Extends Pro License rights to up to ten (10) named users within one organization.

All license tiers prohibit: reselling, redistributing, sublicensing, sharing, or making the icon files available as a standalone product or download to third parties.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All icons, designs, code, and content on the Site are original works created by and owned by ELIVANO LLC, protected by United States and international copyright law. No ownership of the underlying files transfers to you — you receive only the license described in Section 2. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution constitutes copyright infringement.

4. PAYMENTS

All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. ELIVANO LLC does not collect, store, or have access to your full payment card details. All prices are displayed in EUR (Euro). By completing a purchase, you authorize the displayed charge.

5. REFUNDS

Refunds are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at elivano.store/refund.

6. ACCEPTABLE USE

You may not use the Products or Site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe any third-party rights, or in any way that violates these Terms. ELIVANO LLC reserves the right to terminate access for any user who violates these Terms.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Products and Site are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ELIVANO LLC's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable Product. In no event shall ELIVANO LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Products shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Wyoming, except that either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.

10. MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
